Manufacturing Technician I
Join us as a Manufacturing Technician I at Mavericks Manufacturing Partners, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our advanced welding operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in weldment preparation, operating forklifts with provided training, and managing shipping/receiving tasks. You’ll be a part of our mission to establish a top-tier Welding Center of Excellence, engaging in weld qualification activities and learning techniques like GTAW and GMAW. Weld Manufacturing Engineer III
Mavericks Manufacturing Partners is seeking a skilled Weld Manufacturing Engineer III to lead efforts in establishing a “best in class” Welding Center of Excellence. This role requires reviewing design drawings, developing weld maps and sequences, and leading weld qualification activities like PQR, WPS, and PQTR. You’ll be instrumental in resolving manufacturing issues, performing supplier audits, and training welders. A strong understanding of welding standards and codes, expertise in various welding processes, and experience with manufacturing documentation are essential. Weld Manufacturing Planner II
Mavericks Manufacturing Partners is looking for a dedicated Weld Manufacturing Planner II to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in achieving our ambition of creating a “best in class” Welding Center of Excellence. Your responsibilities will include developing manufacturing bills of materials (mBOM), designing and coordinating the fabrication of unique fixtures and tooling, and developing shop routers and manufacturing instructions. You’ll be essential in supporting weld qualification activities and resolving manufacturing issues. An ideal candidate will have an associate degree in engineering (or equivalent experience), familiarity with ProShop ERP/MES/QMS, and a keen interest in advanced welding processes like GTAW, GMAW, and LBW. Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks and strong organizational and communication skills are required.
